Rose Villa is a 1900 sandstone Edwardian villa located in the historic area of Goodwood (2km's south of the Adelaide CBD) .

The house, which has been our home for fifty years, features ornate archways and high ceilings - fireplaces, and has been lovingly restored with elegant furnishings and antiques.
Guests can stroll King William Road, Hyde Park with its cafes and coffee shops, boutiques and flower shops. Festival Centre, Art Gallery, Convention Centre and Haigh's Chocolates are only 10 minutes away as well as buses, trains and the heritage tram to Glenelg Beach.
